Yummy Yorkshire Ice Cream Company
Yummy Yorkshire Luxury Dairy Ice Cream is made on the farm using fresh milk and cream from the farm's Friesian Holstein herd.
We are passionate about ice cream and wanted to produce a truly traditional ice cream that had a silky smooth texture and creamy taste.
No funny coloured ice creams will be found here as all flavours are made with natural and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. The strawberry ice cream is made with the best strawberries from Brecks Farm in Swillington and the lemon curd is made using fresh lemon curd made with free range eggs, from 'Kitchen' in Snaith.
We guarantee that the milk and cream used in our ice cream will be no more than 24 hours old!
Yummy Yorkshire Ice Cream won the following awards at the 2007 ICA National Ice Cream Competition:
- Diploma in the Dairy Ice Cream Artisan Class for our Vanilla Ice Cream
- Diploma in the Coconut Surprise Class for our Caribbean Chocolate Ice Cream
- Diploma of Merit in the Mint Choc Chip Class for our Midnight Mint Ice Cream
